About the SG Winding-Up Tracker
The SG Winding-Up Tracker turns the company insolvency advertisements of the Government Gazette of the Republic of Singapore (egazette.gov.sg) into a searchable register-style view: one page per company, keyed to its UEN, with every related notice in date order and a link to the gazetted PDF. At the last update (24 September 2026) it followed 419 companies.
Why it exists
Gazette notices are public, but they are published as individual PDFs and are hard to follow over time. Accounts-receivable teams, company secretaries, suppliers and journalists usually want to know three things quickly: has a counterparty entered winding up, which route is it on, and who is the liquidator. The tracker answers those questions in one place.
What is covered
- Winding-up applications and orders of the General Division of the High Court;
- voluntary liquidations — creditors' (insolvent) and members' (solvent), clearly labelled;
- judicial management and scheme or moratorium notices under the IRDA 2018;
- later-stage notices: calls for proofs of debt, dividends, annual and final meetings.
Individuals are never listed: personal bankruptcy notices issued by the Official Assignee are excluded at source.
