Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website and on what basis. The site is operated from the European Union, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies; we also follow the principles of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) for visitors in Singapore.

2. Data processed when you browse

Our server records technical data needed to deliver pages securely: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer and browser type. These logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running a secure website.

3. Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. It stores one preference in your browser's local storage — light or dark display mode — which never leaves your device. Advertising partners may set cookies as described below; visitors in regions where consent is legally required are shown a consent message, managed through Google's consent tools, before personalised advertising is used.

4. Advertising — Google AdSense

We show advertisements through Google AdSense, provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Google and its partners use third-party cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, limit how often you see them and measure performance, and — if you allow it — to personalise ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Details of how Google uses information from sites that show its ads are at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can switch off personalised advertising at any time in Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Maps and fonts

Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap / CARTO tile servers and fonts from Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to those providers when the resources load.

6. Company data shown on the site

The company records come from public Government Gazette notices and ACRA's open entity data. They concern companies and other corporate entities, not private individuals. We do not display the names of directors, and we do not publish personal bankruptcy notices. Where a notice happens to contain personal data, we publish only what is necessary to identify the company proceeding (legal basis: legitimate interest in the transparency of insolvency proceedings).

7. Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month.

8. Supervisory authorities

If you are in Singapore you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) — pdpc.gov.sg. The operator's lead authority is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — aepd.es, with which any visitor may lodge a complaint.

9. Changes
