1. What the site is for

The site compiles company insolvency notices from the Singapore Government Gazette and ACRA open data for general information. It does not replace the official Gazette, the court record or an ACRA business profile, which remain the authoritative sources.

2. No advice

Nothing here is legal, financial or credit advice, and a listing is not a credit rating. Routes and notice types are assigned automatically from the wording of each notice and can occasionally be wrong. Before acting — lodging a proof of debt, stopping supply, or relying on a company's status — check the gazetted notice and, where needed, consult a Singapore-qualified lawyer or licensed insolvency practitioner.

3. Solvent liquidations

Members' voluntary liquidations are solvent closures. Describing such a company as insolvent on the strength of this site would be a misuse of the information.

4. Liability

We take reasonable care but give no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

5. Re-use

The underlying notices are public. You may quote individual entries with a link back to the page. Automated bulk copying or scraping of this website is not permitted.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
